Police clash physically with 11 families who lived in the former home owner in the industrial area of Shkodra. Residents have stoned security forces, which support the Office of Enforcement, who had gone to issue forcefully from a formerly state-owned building is now owned by a citizen who has won a court decision. The action has caused indignation to homeless families, who have strongly opposed the emergence of this building.
