NCoV infects the airways

Dutch scientists have discovered a new virus NCoV infects human cells and cause potentially deadly damage to the lungs.
According to the data available, NCoV last year has so far affected 15 people, and has 9 lives. In the new study, published in professional medical journal "Nature", it was found that the new virus enters the human body, using a protein located on the surface of those cells.
Word is called receptor DPP4, which is common in the cells of the lower respiratory tract, say scientists from the Medical Center "Erasmus".
According to them, this discovery will make it easier to benefit from medication and vaccine virus NCoV. NCoV is similar to the viruses that cause cooling and SARS-in.
