Biden meets Thaci: Dialogue Support

U.S. Vice President Joseph Biden has given a strong support dialogue between Kosovo and Serbia, the day before the next meeting between the Prime Minister of Kosovo, Hashim Thaçi and Serbia, Ivica Dacic.
